About this book✨
This rare volume brings together four long-out-of-print translations of Calderon's plays: "Secret Vengeance for Secret Insult," "Devotion to the Cross," "The Phantom Lady," and "The Mayor of Zalamea." It is joined by the ever-popular "Life is a Dream" and the never-before-published translation of "The Crown of Absalom." With his translations, Edwin Honig, Professor Emeritus of Brown University, sought to make Spanish texts accessible to English-speaking readers, a feat which he accomplished to success in this compact collection of Calderon's plays.

Condition✨
This paperback edition could be in better shape, since the cover is very worn, but the book is still readable and in good condition overall.
